KDM Automotive's Warranty Program Guidelines

At KDM Automotive we have come across many customers whose warranties have expired and they are left with expensive repairs. We have also noticed that we some times run in to difficulties trying to process claims for customers that do have extended warranties. Some times these warranty companies just try to get out of paying claims, so we decided to bring a warranty company that you can trust to Red lion and York County.

We will perform our digital vehicle check complete with pictures prior to the purchase of our Extended Warranty. This check will be done for free.

We will not sell warranties for vehicles that are already over 120,000 miles.

KDM will be the only authorized repair facility for claims unless otherwise specified.

All warranties must be paid for upfront with cash, card, or by utilizing our payment plan.

We hope that this new product will not only save you time and money, but will give you peace of mind with your vehicle!

Warranty Coverage

KDM Automotive's Extended Warranty Coverage will cover the following items: Engine and transmission and all internally lubricated parts, suspension, wheel bearings, power steering, air conditioning system. Every customer who purchases an extended warranty will also receive a 10 percent discount on electrical repairs. Vehicle maintenance must be current in order to start a claim.
